Enjoy a morning swim in the private chlorine pool; with measurements of 5.7m x 3.7m and a depth between 1.5m and 1.7m. On five sun loungers you can tan while the children swim (we can provide protection for children). The porch and terrace are ideal places to have a barbecue with friends. There is a small orchard with fruit trees and depending on the season you can harvest lemons or oranges. The plot is fenced and because it is in a town, there are direct neighbors. Inside, the house has a bright style and the rooms are spread over a single floor. The living-dining room with air conditioning and satellite television is a nice place for family gatherings. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes, including a ceramic hob. The house does not lack a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Here you choose between three bedrooms, one with two single beds, one with a double bed and air conditioning and one with a single bed. If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair upon request. Two bathrooms with shower serve the entire house; one of them exterior. One bedroom has a safe and there are two fans. Mancor de la Vall is a very quiet and cozy town located in the Sierra de Tramuntana. Due to this, it is ideal for walking excursions or cycling routes, for example to Ses Fonts Ufanes or the Campanet Caves. In Mancor de la Vall there are good restaurants and a grocery store. More services and supermarkets are located in the city of Inca, less than 5 km away. The northern beaches are about 30 minutes away by car; almost all of fine sand.
